Admission Requirements
Background in the fields of Ecological Economics, Sustainability, Natural Sciences, and Science and Technology studies. The program targets PhD students. However, Master's student could also be eligible and in exceptional cases also third year Bachelor's students.
A statement of purposes from the applicant is mandatory to the evaluation for admission.
Evidence of B2 (or higher) level of English is highly recommended.
Application Deadline
- Call opens 10th March, 2025
- Deadline 30th April, 2025
- Notification by 10th May, 2025 (acceptance, method of payment and eventual discount)
Fees
- Early bird fee (by 3rd June): 250 Euros (with the possibility of a discount)
- Waiting list fee (from 4th to 30th June): 250 Euros (for admitted at a later stage, subject to availability)
- Full fee (from 1st to 30th July): 300 Euros
The registration fees cover tuition costs, lunches, coffee breaks and the social dinner in Florence. Meals will be vegetarian (please look here for the reasons of this choice). All other expenses are the responsibility of the participants and will be paid by them.
Possible discounts or travel reimbursement could be provided upon request depending on the fund availability.

All the documents must be in pdf format, in order to upload them on the portal when required.
